VfB Stuttgart sporting director Fabian Wohlgemuth has confirmed that the Bundesliga side are keen to make Deniz Undav’s loan move permanent.

Undav has impressed since joining Stuttgart on loan from Brighton & Hove Albion in the summer, scoring nine goals in 13 Bundesliga appearances.
Stuttgart, who have a reported €12 million clause to sign Undav permanently, are now exploring the possibility of keeping the striker beyond the summer.
“There are several parties at the table, and we don’t have the greatest influence at this table,” VfB Stuttgart sporting director Fabian Wohlgemuth told Sky Germany.
“Deniz has a contract in Brighton, and the English club will also play a leading role in deciding how things progress in this situation.
“We are working on it, but it will likely take another month or so before it’s even possible to finalize things in this context.”
