Sasa Kalajdzic was not involved in VfB Stuttgart’s 0-0 draw with FC Köln yesterday, as he had asked to be left out of the squad amid reported negotiations with Wolverhampton.
Nevertheless, “nothing at all” indicates that Kalajdzic will leave the club at the moment, according to Stuttgart boss Sven Mislintat.
“The offer is not what we had in mind. The representatives have known that for months,” Mislintat told Kicker.
“We have previously clearly discussed what a realistic price is with Sasa and his representatives, and we are far from that.
“Our asking price is clear, so it’s really a matter of whether it will be met or not.”
According to reports, Stuttgart want around €25 million for Kalajdzic.
