Serie A champions Milan are now working on a deal to sign Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech.
The Rossoneri have previously been linked with a move for the Moroccan and Gianluca di Marzio has now reported that the player has now requested to leave Stamford Bridge this summer. As a result, Milan are now working to find an agreement with the player initially.
Milan’s interest in the player is now concrete and the player is willing to negotiate a deal with the ex-Ajax man as well. He currently earns €5 million per season and work is being done to find an agreement on personal terms, with relations between the two parties said to be very good and it is helped by the fact that both clubs have American owners.
The 29-year-old made 23 Premier League appearances last season, scoring three goals and getting four assists. His game time reduced under Thomas Tuchel last season.
