Schalke 04 have signed Hertha BSC goalkeeper Alexander Schwolow on loan.
The newly-promoted Bundesliga side confirmed today that the 1.90m tall goalkeeper will make the switch to Veltins-Arena on a season-long loan deal.
“Alexander is an experienced goalkeeper that will provide our team with some stability. He’s shown his quality at all his previous clubs,” stated Schalke sporting director Rouven Schröder.
“We are confident that he will improve our goalkeeping team and that he can contribute to us achieving our targets next season,” he added.
