It has been a big 48 hours at the Santiago Bernabéu – only on Thursday night was Taylor Swift performing at the venue as part of her world tour, and now on Saturday night, the stadium is set to be full for a screening of the Champions League final.
Stadium staff have done a good job of getting the venue ready for Saturday night’s event, dismantling the stage and setting up screens in just under 48 hours.
Tickets for the screening of the final have been in high demand, with every last one sold ahead of Saturday night’s event.
The tickets did not even reach a general sale, having fully sold out to season ticket holders and Madridista members.
All proceeds from the event are going towards the charitable Real Madrid Foundation, a good cause rather than simply being for the profit of the club.
The atmosphere at the stadium is sure to be electric, with tens of thousands of fans sure to go crazy should their beloved Real Madrid finish the job and accomplish their 15th Champions League title.
