Rennes have rejected a loan offer from Nowrich for Glen Kamara (30), according to a report from Fabrizio Romano. The Finnish international midfielder looks set to stay at Roahzon Park as Les Rouges et Noirs shut down interest from the Canaries.
It remains to be seen whether the former Leeds United midfielder would have been interested in joining Nowrich on a temporary basis, but the opportunity has been removed from him. Nevertheless, he will now be expected to reintegrate himself with the Breton club as they intend to keep him.
Kamara to get more opportunities at Rennes?
After returning from a loan move at Al-Shabab, the 30-year-old has struggled to find a way into the first team at Roazhon Park this season. The former Rangers midfielder has only made 3 appearances in Ligue 1 this season, and played 49 minutes.
