Rennes will be looking to end their torrid run of three defeats in all competitions as they welcome Stade Brestois to Roahzon Park on Saturday evening. Jorge Sampaoli’s side suffered a defeat to Troyes last time out in the Coupe de France.
L’Équipe reports that the Rennes boss is set to make one change to his side that suffered a 1-0 defeat in the cup. Sampaoli is set to retain his preferred three-at-the-back formation and this will see an unchanged backline of Hans Hateboer, Leo Östigard and Christopher Wooh.
Jordan James will keep his place in midfield as should new signing Séko Fofana. The one change to be made by the former Olympique de Marseille boss is Arnaud Kalimuendo replacing Amine Gouiri who started against Troyes.
Rennes likely XI vs Brest:
Brice Samba – Hans Hateboer, Leo Östigard, Christopher Wooh – Lorenz Assignon, Jordan James, Azor Matusiwa, Adrien Truffert – Ludovic Blas, Arnaud Kalimeundo, Séko Fofana.
