Jamal Musiala completed a rehab training session at Säbener Straße this morning alongside rehab coach Simon Martinello.
BILD reports that the approximately 45-minute session included runs at varying speeds as well as light exercises with the ball.
However, Musiala will have to wait a bit longer for his comeback. He will definitely miss the game against RB Leipzig on Saturday.
In addition to this weekend’s ficture, the Champions League game against Arsenal next week is also virtually impossible.
When will Musiala resume team training depends on how his muscles react in the coming days to the increased workload.
Those in charge at the German record champions are determined not to take any risks with him after previous aggravations.
