Sky Germany claims that Holstein Kiel’s Fabian Reese has already committed to joining Hertha BSC, yet it remains unclear whether the 25-year-old will join “die alte Dame” in January or this coming summer.

Attacker Fabian Reese’s transfer to Hertha BSC is apparently set to occur in any case. This is reported by Sky’s German outfit, which offers some seemingly contradictory information on the matter. Sky claims that Reese has already agreed upon a three-year-deal with Berlin’s Charlottenburg side and that the 25-year-old winger/center-forward will even be presented today.

On the other hand, however, Sky also notes that Hertha would still like to bring the player on board immediately. On an expiring contract, Reese can join Hertha on a free after the season. Negotiations over a January move (with a transfer fee) are nevertheless still ongoing. Sky notes that Kiel wants just a little under €1 million for a January transfer.
