Real Madrid’s intention is to close the deal for Jude Bellingham as soon as possible after Borussia Dortmund’s season came to an end on Saturday.
Madrid have already convinced the England international to move to the Bernabéu and the deal with him is sealed, according to Relevo.
The agreement with Dortmund has yet to be finalised, although relations between the two clubs have been good for many years. The hardest part was convincing the player and that part is done.
Madrid want the transfer fee to be close to €100m and the Germans are looking to bring in a little more, something that could be resolved with variables that raise the cost of the transfer.
Los Blancos still have a game to play (4 June against Athletic Club) and the club’s directors hope that in the week after that game, the signing of Bellingham will be completed so that they can focus on the other names on the table, with a striker and a left-back the current priorities.
