Real Madrid currently appear to be the most likely summer destination for highly-rated Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham.

Jude Bellingham is considered likely to take the next step in his career this summer, with several of Europe’s top clubs closely monitoring the 19-year-old Borussia Dortmund midfielder’s situation.

According to Sport Bild, Real Madrid have decided to make a summer move for the young central midfielder.

The La Liga club are said to be willing to offer a basic fee of 100 million for Bellingham, but Borussia Dortmund are demanding up to 150 million for their prized asset.

Liverpool have long been mentioned as suitors, but The Guardian reported yesterday that the Reds have decided to drop out of the race, leaving Real Madrid with the best chance of landing the midfielder.

According to Sport Bild, a move to a club funded by a sheikh or billionaire such as PSG, Chelsea or Manchester City is out of the question for Bellingham, who is more interested in “passion, honor, prestige and glory” than money.
