Real Madrid players arrested over sex tape with minor

A player from Real Madrid Castilla and three players from Real Madrid C have given statements over an alleged case of revealing secrets of a sexual nature, as confirmed by Real Madrid.

El Confidencial, the Spanish outlet that broke the story, said that three youth team players have been arrested and suggested that several more players could be involved, including first-team players.

According to El Mundo, the four players have already been released after making statements.

Marca report via El Confidencial that the mother of a 16-year-old girl reported on September 6 that one of those arrested had recorded a sex video of her daughter and distributed it. The events allegedly took place in Mogán (Gran Canaria).

The suspects were arrested this morning and taken to police headquarters for investigation. The arrests reportedly took place in Valdebebas, Real Madrid’s training facility, where the Guardia Civil were present, and where the players were training with the rest of their respective squads.

According to El Confidencial, investigators want to confiscate the mobile phone in order to proceed with their investigation to find out if there are more people involved.
