La Liga giants Real Madrid have on Friday been dealt yet another blow on the personnel front.
This comes amid concern over the wellbeing of youngster Arda Güler.
Midfielder Güler was for his part back in action a short time ago, on the international front.
Afforded a starting berth in Turkey’s Nations League meeting with Wales, the 19-year-old, for the most part, impressed, en route to an eventual goalless stalemate.
With minutes remaining in the action at Cardiff, however, Güler went to ground with what appeared to be an injury.
After being tended to by the Turkish medical team, the gifted starlet was subsequently hauled off, looking in some degree of discomfort as he did.
It now remains to be seen whether or not Güler is facing up to any form of incoming spell on the sidelines.
All of a Real Madrid persuasion will be hopeful that this does not prove the case, with the likes of Ferland Mendy, Aurélien Tchouaméni, Jude Bellingham, Eduardo Camavinga and Éder Militão already out of action.
