Real Madrid will hold final talks with Jude Bellingham next week ahead of his move away from Borussia Dortmund, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The 19-year-old’s future has dominated much of the headlines all season long. However, the wait for confirmation is nearly over. The Englishman will agree on the final touches to his contract with Real Madrid next week.
The Spanish side were hoping to get everything signed this week but out of respect for Dortmund and their potential Bundesliga victory, they have opted to wait a week.
Madrid have already agreed to personal terms with Bellingham who will sign a contract keeping him in the Spanish capital until 2029. His salary is also expected to rise each season he is at Real.
In total, BVB will receive €100m for the midfielder plus bonuses.
Many of Europe’s top clubs were interested in signing the youngster but it’s now a matter of time before Marid can finally reveal the signing of one of world football’s top talents.
