A highly-regarded up-and-coming member of the attacking ranks at La Liga outfit Real Betis has committed his long-term future to the club.
The player in question? Jesús Rodríguez.
For those not familiar with his name, Rodríguez is an 18-year-old attacker, who generally lines out on the left flank.
The Spaniard, an international with La Roja at U19 level, has long been considered one of the standout talents on the books of the aforementioned Betis.
So much so that, on Friday night, Rodríguez will be part of the Verdiblancos’ first-team squad for the club’s post-international break return to action against Leganés.
And, as alluded to above, this week, the starlet’s ongoing excellence at youth level has seen him rewarded by way of fresh terms at the Benito Villamarín.
As per a statement across Real Betis’ website and social media platforms:
‘Real Betis Balompié and Jesús Rodríguez have reached an agreement to renew the player’s contract for three more seasons. In this way, the winger has been linked to the Club until 2029.’
