Raphinha will be available for the derby match against Girona this Sunday despite missing Thursday’s training session. The Brazilian missed yesterday’s training session due to a little fatigue but took part in this morning’s training session and will be available, as reported by Mundo Deportivo. The 26-year-old started in the last two games against FC Porto and Atlético Madrid, assisting João Félix in their one-nil win.
Defender Andreas Christensen was again absent from training with permission from the club. The Dane is on a leave of absence as he expects his second child, but he should still be available for the match.
Barcelona will also be without Marc-André ter Stegen, who has recently had surgery, as well as Iñigo Martínez, who suffered a leg injury during the warm-up against Atlético. Gavi remains out for the foreseeable future.
Barcelona go into the game on Sunday four points behind their opponents, who are second, level on points with Real Madrid in first.
