A record-setting 17th reign as World Champion for the leader of the Cenation, the most of any wrestler, his first opponent has already been established.

Taking to Raw After Mania, Cena was on the receiving end of cheers despite his heel status. Performing a mellowed version of his usually extravagant entrance, his moment was cut short by Randy Orton, who unofficially announced himself as Cena’s first opponent. An all-time feud is set to reignite

Cena and Orton had two different experiences on the Grandest Stage of them All. The Champ left Las Vegas in the history books with a legendary 17th World Championship triumph to his name. On the other hand, the Viper had to settle for a three-minute meeting with Joe Hendry. An opponent whose introduction created a memorable moment, it was a far cry from the potential Kevin Owens encounter the WWE Universe was originally expecting.

However, as is the case on Raw After Mania, a new season is upon the WWE Universe with a seismic World Title feud kicking things off.
