Aston Villa have taken an interest in Paris Saint-Germain’s players this month. As per L’Équipe, the Premier League side are interested in out-of-favour forward Randal Kolo Muani (26), whilst Le Parisien understands that Marco Asensio (28), who has also found gametime limited this season, is also a target.
As initially reported by RMC Sport, PSG are interested in one of Aston Villa’s players too – Jhon Duran (21). Luis Enrique was reticent to sign a traditional No.9 in the summer, however, Foot Mercato understands that Les Parisiens have submitted an offer for Duran. The value of the bid has not been revealed by the publication.
PSG have already met the Colombian’s entourage, who are interested in the project presented to them by the reigning Ligue 1 champions. However, Aston Villa are not willing to let Duran leave this month, making any potential move very difficult, even despite PSG making concrete attempts to seal a deal.
