Le Parisien report tonight that Paris Saint-Germain have made an offer to Lyon for Bradley Barcola worth €45m, with L’Équipe also confirming that the champions have sent in their first written offer for the French youth international. The latter outlet had previously indicated that an opening offer of €30m had been turned down by Les Gones back in July.
According to reports this afternoon, an agreement between the two clubs could be find in the next few hours, while Barcola himself also needs to iron out the details of his prospective contract with the Parisians – although this is expected to be a formality.
L’Équipe indicate that Lyon have not formally responded yet, but that owner John Textor is now showing signs of accepting a sale. Barcola leaves Lyon after an impressing half-season last spring, in which he broke onto the scene by scoring seven goals and registering nine assists for his formative club, playing alongside Alexandre Lacazette.
