According to Florian Plettenberg, Paris Saint-Germain have agreed to sign Eintracht Frankfurt centre-back Willian Pacho.
It had previously been reported that the French champions were working on a deal to sign the Ecuadorean defender, with talks regarding personal terms having already taken place.
However, over the last few hours, PSG have looked to accelerate a deal, and it is understood that the two clubs have agreed on a fee for Pacho’s services.
As stated in the report, PSG will pay an upfront fee of €45 million for the 22-year-old, who will sign a long-term contract in the French capital.
It is believed that Luis Campos and Markus Krösche are clarifying the final details of the deal, and Pacho is expected to undergo a medical later this week.
During his brief stint in Frankfurt, Pacho has been able to amass 44 appearances for the club, keeping eleven clean sheets and registering two assists in the process.
