Juventus will look to come back to winning ways later today, when they take on Lecce, who are currently one of the two unbeaten sides in the Serie A so far this season.
The Bianconeri lost 4-2 to Sassuolo in their previous game and it came after an impressive 3-1 win over rivals Lazio. The loss to the Neroverdi punctured a bit of the momentum that Juve had mounted since the start of the season but today presents a chance for them to get back on track.
But Lecce have been the surprise of the season so far in the division, with Roberto D’Aversa’s side having won thrice and drawn twice and are one spot above the Bianconeri in the table. Nikola Krstovic has impressed with his tally of three goals, with Gabriel Strefezza and Pontus Almqvist also amongst the goals.
Sky Italia expect the front three to start today, with Federico Baschirotto also set to return from suspension. For Juventus, Federico Gatti is expected to be rested and Daniele Rugani is likely to replace him.
Juventus XI: Szczesny; Danilo, Bremer, Rugani; McKennie, Fagioli, Locatelli, Rabiot, Cambiaso; Milik, Chiesa
Lecce XI: Falcone; Gendrey, Pongracic, Baschirotto, Gallo; Kaba, Ramadani, Rafia; Almqvist, Krstovic, Strefezza
