Argentina are set to play Australia in the World Cup round of last 16 later today.
Lionel Scaloni is expected to include three players from La Liga in his starting XI. Atlético Madrid’s Nahuel Molina and Sevilla’s Marcos Acuña will most likely start at right-back and left-back respectively, while Rodrigo De Paul, Molina’s teammate at the Estadio Metropolitano, will probably play with Alexis Mac Allister and Enzo Fernández in the middle of the park.
Argentina failed to progress from the round of last 16 four years ago in Russia after losing 4-3 to eventual world champions France.
