Marvin Plattenhardt has told ‘Kicker’ that he thinks it’s “very positive” that Hertha BSC’s new management are now willing to extend his expiring contract.
“We’ll see what happens in the next few weeks,” Plattenhardt added about the renewed talks with the club.
Former Hertha sporting director Fredi Bobic announced at the beginning of the year that Plattenhardt would leave the club in the summer, but there has been a U-turn since his departure.
Plattenhardt joined Hertha from Nürnberg in 2014.
