Aleksandar Pavlovic has returned to running training after undergoing a procedure to remove his tonsils.
Bayern Munich youngster Aleksandar Pavlovic was pictured back in running training on Friday.
According to Bild and Kicker, the 20-year-old has undergone a tonsillectomy after being ruled out of Germany’s European Championship squad due to an infection caused by tonsilitis.
Pavlovic also had problems with tonsilitis during the 2023/24 season, but following the operation he has put the issue behind him and is now keen to concentrate on preparing for the new season under new Bayern Munich coach Vincent Kompany.
Last season was far from a bad one for the young midfielder, however, as he broke into the Bayern Munich first team, making 22 appearances for the club in all competitions, scoring twice and assisting twice.
Following his impressive season, Pavlovic penned a long-term deal with the Bavarians in June, tying him to the club until 2029.
