For the third week in a row, Werder Bremen will be without their first-choice goalkeeper.
Speaking ahead of Werder’s clash with Wolfsburg, head coach Ole Werner confirmed that Jiri Pavlenka will once again miss out.
“Pavlenka, Keita, Gross and Rapp are not available for selection,” Werner said.
On the positive side for Werder, Michael Zetterer will be able to fill in for Pavlenka once more after recovering from illness, while Niklas Stark should be back in the squad.
