If Sky Germany is to be believed, there is a “50-50” chance that Benjamin Pavard will sign a new contract with Bayern.
It has recently been reported that the chances of Benjamin Pavard extending his contract with Bayern Munich have increased in recent weeks.
However, a new deal for Pavard may be a little further away than thought, with Sky Germany claiming that there is only a 50-50 chance that the Frenchman will extend his contract beyond 2024.
Should the defender fail to reach an agreement with the Bavarians, there is no shortage of alternatives. Barcelona, Inter and Chelsea have all been linked with a move for the 26-year-old.
Pavard himself keeps his cards close to his chest, telling Sky:
“I’m very happy here, I enjoy my time with the team and I want to win all the trophies. We’ll see about the rest in the summer”.
He added that he didn’t know if there would be talks with the Bayern bosses.
“I’m concentrating on the next game,” he insisted.
