Paris FC are progressing in talks to sign Union Saint-Gilloise forward Promise David (23), according to L’Équipe. The Canadian striker is emerging as the club’s top offensive target as they look to strengthen their squad ahead of the 2025/26 Ligue 1 season.
After earning promotion from the second tier last season, Les Parisiens are aiming to recruit young, high potential profiles. The 23-year-old has scored 24 goals and provided five assists in 41 appearances this season with the Belgian League winners.
Foot Mercato reported in May that the Canadian was being targeted by PFC as one of their marquee signings of the summer for their return to top-flight football. While names like Lucas Stassin (Anderlecht) and Gaëtan Perrin (Auxerre) have also been linked, David has emerged as the priority target for the No.9 role.
