Paris FC will look to shake up the footballing landscape in the French capital in the coming years after the club was bought by the billionaire Antoine Arnault and Red Bull.
Paris under this new model will have the means to spend big but RMC Sport reports that the owners are not looking to destabilise the current project as the team are on course for promotion from Ligue 2. However, two reinforcements are expected in the upcoming winter transfer window (a right-winger and a defensive presence either in the centre or on the right), with a budget of €10 million being set.
Paris FC wary of sharks circling the waters
The new owners are wary that their wealth will bring clubs looking to overcharge them and they are unwilling to break the bank to bring in recruits. However, their current budget could be expanded if the right player comes on the market. Paris will notably also be paying attention to Ligue 1 players as well as those who have played in the Europa League or Champions League this season.
