According to Stuttgarter Nachrichten, newly-promoted Premier League side Nottingham Forest are interested in signing Belgian midfielder Orel Mangala from Stuttgart.
The Bundesliga side are yet to receive an offer for the 24-year-old, who also has interest from Atlético Madrid and Napoli.
Mangala has two-years remaining on his current deal and could be a candidate for a sale, if the price is right. Stuttgart would ask for around €20m for the central-midfielder, who played 28 Bundesliga games last season.
Should Stuttgart sell Mangala, Borna Sosa and Saša Kalajdžić, VfB could receive around €70m in transfer fees.
The Bundesliga appears to be a market that Nottingham Forest are exploring with negotiations for Moussa Niakhaté also ongoing. Mainz have already rejected an opening offer less than €10m for the defender, M05 wanting closer to €15m.
Nottingham Forest are also moving for Union Berlin striker Taiwo Awoniyi, who is available for around €20m.
