Real Madrid have officially announced their agreement with AS Monaco for French midfielder Aurélien Tchouaméni.
Tchouaméni will be presented as a new Real Madrid player at midday on Tuesday 14 June.
The 22-year-old will sign until 2028 for a fee in the region of €80m plus €20m in add-ons. He will complete the final part of medical with Madrid on Tuesday.
Germany international Antonio Rüdiger was the club’s first summer signing and the addition of the French midfielder to Carlo Ancelotti’s squad only strengthens Los Blancos heading into the 2022-23 campaign.
Liverpool and PSG were the other sides interested in signing Tchouaméni, however, his priority was to join the European champions.
