Premier League side Leeds United have today announced the signing of 25-year-old central-midfielder Marc Roca for a reported fee of €12m plus a further €5m in bonuses.
The Spaniard agreed personal terms with LUFC earlier in the week and today finalised his move from Bayern Munich after passing a medical check, signing a four-year contract until 2026.
“Marc has a wonderful character, and he is a very professional, very good footballer. He’s always shown us that when he’s been in the team,” said Bayern Munich Sporting Director Hasan Salihamidžić. “Marc has now come to us with the desire for more playing time. We’ve therefore agreed on a transfer to Leeds United. We’re convinced that Marc will give Leeds a lot of pleasure. His qualities are undisputed. We wish him every success on his future path.”
Since his move from Espanyol in 2020, Roca played 24 games in all competitions for Bayern Munich.
