Nottingham Forest are ‘on the verge’ of agreeing a deal to appoint Vitor Pereira as their new manager, according to GIVEMESPORT senior reporter Fabrizio Romano.
The Reds decided to sack Sean Dyche in the early hours of Thursday morning following the club’s 0-0 draw with bottom-of-the-table Wolverhampton Wanderers at the City Ground on Wednesday night, which left the 54-year-old’s position as untenable.
According to GIVEMESPORT sources, Wolves’ former boss Pereira now has an agreement in principle to join Forest and try and keep them out of the relegation zone for the remainder of the season.
