So far, no evidence has been found against Stephan El Shaarawy, Federico Gatti and Nicolo Casale in the illegal betting scandal.
Earlier today, paparazzi Fabrizio Corona had revealed that all the three players were also involved in the betting scandal in some capacity. Sportmediaset (via TMW) have revealed that there is currently no evidence with the Turin prosecutor’s office regarding the involvement of the three players in the scandal.
Corona had revealed the names to outlet Striscia la Notizia and the website sent out a press release later, stating that those three were indeed involved in the case. And Corona will later potentially reveal an audio file of the players talking about illegal betting and he has already made sure that the audio was heard by the producers of the show. More developments could come later today.
Nicolo Fagioli has already been banned for seven months, whereas Sandro Tonali is likely to handed a bigger fine for his heavy involvement in the case.
