Per Spanish newspaper Diario de Sevilla, former Bayern defender Tanguy Nianzou has both a huge buy-back and release clause included in his Sevilla contract.
Center-back Tanguy Nianzou has a buy-back clause of €55 million and a release clause of €90 million in his Sevilla contract that runs until 2027. If he’s sold to another club, Bayern will receive 22.5% of that transfer revenue, according to newspaper Diario de Sevilla.
If Sevilla can only sell the player for less than €55 million, Bayern can match any offer and the Frenchman automatically returns to Bavaria.
Nianzou was brought to Munich free of charge from PSG in 2020, as he now looks for more playing time at a fellow Champions League competitor.
