Neymar is reportedly close to signing for Al-Hilal, as reported by RMC Sport and Fabrizio Romano, who confirmed the information published by the French outlet.
The Brazilian could be close to reaching an agreement to join the Saudi club, report Mundo Deportivo. According to the aforementioned media, the former Barcelona player will arrive in Riyadh in the coming days if everything goes to plan.
In France, they point out that talks between the club and the player are underway after a “huge offer”, but do not mention an agreement between the clubs.
Neymar’s arrival at the Saudi club would require a termination of his contract with PSG, but both reports say that an agreement is close and could be closed in the next few days.
Brazilian outlet UOL confirm that the offer could reach €100m per season, meaning he would become the second highest paid player in the league behind Cristiano Ronaldo.
According to the same outlet, earlier this week the PSG forward rejected an offer of around €80m, as he was focused on waiting for Barça, but his entourage, being aware of the complexity of the operation, are opting for a new and improved Saudi offer.
