Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (23) is increasingly close to signing for Ligue 1 champions PSG, according to reports this Saturday from RMC Sport and Foot Mercato. Earlier today, Napoli head coach Antonio Conte confirmed the Georgia international winger has asked to leave the Serie A leaders. The 23-year-old has reportedly reached an agreement on personal terms with PSG. Luis Enrique’s Les Parisiens reportedly identified Kvaratskhelia as an ideal fit to play on the left wing.
Foot Mercato understands that PSG reportedly offered Napoli a player-plus-cash deal with a €60m bid plus Milan Skriniar. However, the Partenopei have rejected the offer on the basis they have no intention of signing the Slovakia captain as they plot to sign Juventus’ Danilo as a free agent next summer. The outlet adds that PSG will eventually strike a total €80m agreement with Napoli to sign Kvaratskhelia. The 2023 Serie A winner is expected to put pen to paper over a four-and-a-half-year deal with Les Parisiens.
