Napoli nearing move for Milan’s Noah Okafor

Serie A giants Milan could now be set to find a solution for the future of Noah Okafor, who is all but set to join Napoli.

The Swiss forward was close to joining RB Leipzig earlier in the window but the move fell through as the player failed a medical.

Fabrizio Romano has reported that Napoli now have an agreement in place with Okafor, who has agreed personal terms. The Partenopei are working on a deal with Milan to agree an initial loan deal with the option to buy the player permanently.

The indication is that the final decision will come down to Napoli and whether to want to seal a move for the player or not. A lot of it depends on whether the Naples side can make progress in their move for Allan Saint-Maximin, who is still at Fenerbahce but the loan move is stuck due to the Turkish club’s demands.
