Serie A champions Napoli are interested in the possibility of bringing Arsenal’s Jakub Kiwior back to the Serie A.
Kiwior has been linked with a move to Milan in recent weeks, with the Rossoneri keen on adding a new defender in the January transfer window.
Il Mattino (via TMW) have now reported that Napoli are also interested in the Polish defender and they want to bring him to the Maradona in January. As of now, Arsenal do not want to loan out the defender but they want a fee of €25 million to let him leave next month. Napoli believe that the fee is considerable, but they could be willing to invest a sum to sign him permanently.
The Partenopei have already identified a potential alternative, if a move for Kiwior doesn’t work out, and that is Aston Villa’s Clement Lenglet. The Frenchman is on loan from Barcelona and was on loan at Tottenham last season.
