Thomas Müller is now the player with the fifth most appearances for Germany alongside Philipp Lahm.
Thomas Müller made his 113th appearance in the Germany kit in yesterday’s 1-1 UEFA Nations League draw with Italy, climbing to fifth in his country’s all-time appearance charts alongside Philipp Lahm.
Lothar Matthäus tops the list with 150 caps ahead of Miroslav Klose (137) and Lukas Podolski (130).
Manuel Neuer, who made his 110th appearance for Germany against Italy, is the only other active player in the top 10, which you can see below.
