Mo Salah and his representatives have held another round of transfer talks with Liverpool and it’s believed the Egyptian King made his preference as to what’s next in his career crystal clear.
Ex-Liverpool star, Dejan Lovren, believes Salah is close to leaving the club, whilst Salah’s agent recently dropped an interesting hint as to his client’s future.
Mo Salah knows what he wants to do next
Sources close to CaughtOffside have advanced that Salah’s agent is, in fact, continuing new contract negotiations with the Reds.
Indeed, the 32-year-old is absolutely open to staying if Liverpool improve their terms.
Very simply, at this stage of negotiations, the player wants an uplift on his current weekly salary of £350,000 (Capology) and all parties are desperately trying to reach an accord behind the scenes.

Negotiations have intensified in recent days per reports from sources, and Salah’s recent celebration – patting the Liverpool emblem after scoring at Everton – was the most obvious sign that he wants to stay at the club.
There is still a way to go to get any new deal over the line, however, and so that means that the possibility of a transfer to the Saudi Pro League still exists.
Saudi Pro League want Mo Salah as their poster boy
Saudi officials are ready and waiting to offer Salah a salary exceeding €130/€150m euros per year, and making him the new poster boy for the league which has cachet.
It would also make Salah one of the highest-paid players in the Saudi Pro League, with sources indicating that Saudi representatives have already approached Liverpool directly, asking if the club would allow Salah to leave three weeks earlier than planned to participate in the Club World Cup with Al-Hilal.
Al Ahli, Al Ittihad, and Al Nassr will all come into the picture too, should a move away from Anfield start to become a more concrete possibility.
