Serie A side Milan are finalising the deal with Monaco for Youssouf Fofana.
According to a report by Gianluca Di Marzio, Milan have agreed on personal terms with Youssouf Fofana are now waiting for the green light from Monaco to schedule the player’s medical tests.
Negotiations were accelerated between the two clubs when the Rossoneri raised their offer to €20 million plus €5 million in add-ons. They are now ironing out the final details to complete the Frenchman’s transfer ahead of the start of the new season.
The Ligue 1 side received a host of proposals from several European clubs but Fofana’s agreement with Milan on a five-year deal changed things in favour of the Italian club.
The 25-year-old became hot property in the transfer market after resounding performances last season as he registered 32 appearances in the French league, scoring four goals and assisting four times.
