Milan flop Divock Origi eyeing Premier League return

Milan flop Divock Origi has his sights set on a return to England’s top-flight league after only one season since departing Liverpool.

MilanNews reports that the 28 year-old is eager to return to the Premier League  after being advised that he is no longer part of the Rossonerri project. The Belgian striker has made it clear that he is not interested in any lucrative offers from the Saudi league that may come within his direction.

Since joining Pioli’s side last summer on a free transfer after departing Liverpool, Origi has failed to hit the ground running on Milanese soil, only two goals and a single assist in 36 games-played across all competitions for the Diavolo.

As a result of his underwhelming displays, Milan are set to offload the former Liverpool striker as they have already reinforced the front-line this summer as they have signed  former Red Bull Salzburg forward Noah Okafor.

With the clock ticking as only three weeks remain before the summer transfer window reaches a close, it remains to be seen where the Belgian striker will head out this upcoming season.
