Another day, another major event in Kylian Mbappe’s transfer saga at Paris Saint-Germain. The latest development also brings him closer to an exit than ever.
Mbappe left out of Japan pre-season tour as exit speculation escalates
Les Parisiens have excluded Mbappe from the squad travelling to Japan for pre-season camp amid his uncertain future at the French capital.
PSG have been at odds with Mbappe since the latter revealed that he would not sign a contract extension.
The decision has left the Ligue 1 giants in complete dismay since they went to great lengths previously to persuade Mbappe to remain at Parc des Princes, handing him a highly lucrative contract.
PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has maintained that Mbappe would have to extend his contract to continue at the club or else would be shown the exit door this summer.
Meanwhile, Mbappe remains adamant about continuing at PSG next season and fulfilling his contract until next summer.
According to a new report from L’Equipe, PSG believe that their talisman forward has a pre-agreement with his long-time suitors Real Madrid over a potential free transfer in the summer of 2024.
However, the pre-season snub serves as a warning to Mbappe that an exit is on the cards if he doesn’t change his stance.
PSG table first bid for Yassine Bounou
Paris Saint-Germain have tabled their first bid for Sevilla goalkeeper Yassine Bounou ahead of a potential summer move.
As reported by Foot Mercato, Les Parisiens have offered €12 million plus bonuses to the Andalusian outfit, who, however, value the Moroccan keeper at around €15 million.
Nonetheless, Les Parisiens have a great chance to strike a deal due to Sevilla’s dire financial situation.
Bono, 32, has established himself as one of the best keepers in Europe after a highly-sensational 2022/23 campaign, helping Sevilla win the Europa League as well as guiding Morocco to the semi-finals in the Qatar World Cup for the first time in the team’s history.

PSG must be aware of the competition from Manchester United and Bayern Munich for Bono.
Luis Enrique is scouring the market for a new shot-stopper as the new Les Parisiens gaffer is reportedly not a fan of Gianluigi Donnarumma and wants an upgrade over him.
PSG enter talks for Man Utd target Hojlund
Paris Saint-Germain have entered talks to sign Atalanta striker Rasmus Hojlund as they try to thwart Manchester United’s pursuit, according to L’Equipe.
Having crossed off the names such as Victor Osimhen and Randal Kolo Muani from their list of potential striker targets, Les Parisiens have finally set their sights on Hojlund.
PSG are also said to be ready to shell out more than €60 million for the Danish striker, which could give them an advantage over Man Utd, who have reportedly agreed personal terms with the young forward.
Dusan Vlahovic has also been heavily linked with a move to Parc des Princes, but PSG are looking to withdraw their pursuit having concerns over his fitness.
