Eintracht Frankfurt have announced that Philipp Max suffered a thigh injury in training on Wednesday.
As a result, the Bundesliga outfit will be without the left-back “until further notice”.
The injury will see Max miss Saturday’s Bundesliga clash against Gladbach, with Christopher Lenz or Ansgar Knauff likely to play in his place.
The PSV loanee has made 13 appearances since joining the club in January. His first assist in an Eintracht shirt came in last week’s 3-1 win over Bayer Leverkusen.
