Marco Reus was pleased, but also saw room for improvement after Borussia Dortmund lived up to the favorites tag against FC Copenhagen last night, taking a comfortable 3-0 victory over the Danish champions in the Champions League.
“We initially didn’t do so well in the first half and should’ve played much faster,” said the Dortmund captain in a post-match interview.

“Nonetheless, we made it 1-0 and then 2-0. There could’ve been more up for grabs if we’d shown more movement between the lines. But I don’t want to be too critical.

“I’m delighted that we won the must-win game. The fact that we kept a clean sheet will also give the team confidence. It’s a continual development. We defend together, nobody shirks away.”
