Manchester United set to provide Joshua Zirkzee an exit route amidst Juventus interest.
According to a report by Daniele Longo, Joshua Zirkzee is hoping to return to the Serie A as early as January after failing to impress at Manchester United. The Dutchman joined The Red Devils at the start of the new season on a €36 million deal from Bologna following a remarkable campaign under manager Thiago Motta.
Zirkzee has found it hard to compete against Rasmus Hojlund for the starting attacking spot on the pitch and Erik Ten Hag’s tactics have inhibited his growth both on and off the field.
Juventus are amongst the sides currently looking for a player with the 23-year-old’s capabilities and Zirkzee wants to capitalise on the opportunity to wear the Bianconeri colours. Man United are not contemplating selling him now but will be ready to explore loan deals with interested parties.
