Marco Asensio could leave Real Madrid before the end of the transfer window.
The player is aware that he is not going to get the game time he wants in order to be at the World Cup in Qatar. Despite everything, his intention is to stay and fulfil the remaining year of his contract with Real Madrid.
According to Sergio Santos of Relevo, Manchester United are preparing to make a formal offer to Madrid of more than €30m for Asensio. There are other English and Italian clubs ready to make an offer before the end of the window.
Carlo Ancelotti is counting on the player for the season. Real Madrid have not received any formal offer from any club to sign Asensio.
The club is willing to transfer the player, although Ancelotti prefers to have him in his squad. The problem is whether the player wants to stay, which seems to be the case, despite the fact that he is not going to have much of a role.
