
Brajan Gruda has officially left Mainz 05 to join Brighton & Hove Albion.
Late on Wednesday, Mainz 05 confirmed the departure of Brajan Gruda.
The highly-rated youngster has joined Brighton & Hove Albion in the English Premier League.
According to reports, Mainz will receive up to €40 million for Gruda.
“Brajan approached us with a request to move to Brighton. After careful consideration and with a heavy heart, we have agreed to this transfer,” said Mainz head of sport Christian Heidel.
“Mainz 05 cannot afford to turn down such an offer given the economic conditions of the overall package. We would like to thank Brajan from the bottom of our hearts for his commitment to Mainz 05 and wish him all the best for the future.”
