A member of the attacking ranks at Premier League leaders Liverpool is keen on the prospect of a move to Spain with Barcelona.
That’s according to Diario Sport, who point towards Luis Díaz as the player in question.
Díaz, of course, has been tipped as a potential arrival in Catalunya’s capital for some time now.
Amid an ongoing search for reinforcements out wide, Deco and the Barcelona transfer team are understood to have earmarked the former Porto man as a leading target.
And, if the latest word stemming from the media on Wednesday is anything to go by, then interest in a joining of forces between the parties is very much mutual.
As per a report from Sport:
‘The Colombian Liverpool winger has a contract until 2027 and would be delighted to sign for Barça, both for personal and professional reasons.’
A fresh Blaugrana approach for Díaz with a view to next season is therefore considered a real possibility.
