Liverpool have met with Khéphren Thuram’s (22) entourage, RMC Sport journalist Fabrice Hawkins reports. L’Equipe reported yesterday that the Reds were exploring the possibility of bringing the youngest son of legendary French defender Lilian to Merseyside.
However, negotiations could prove challenging as Nice, Thuram’s current club owned by INEOS, hold a significant price tag for the talented midfielder. The valuation, reportedly exceeding €40 million, may deter Liverpool if they decide to pursue the player.
While Liverpool are interested in Khéphren Thuram, they are not the only club in the race for his signature. Thuram’s profile has also caught the attention of PSG sporting advisor Luís Campos.
Campos holds a strong appreciation for Thuram’s abilities and considers him a potential addition to the PSG squad. However, it remains uncertain if Campos, who is currently focused on the pursuit of Manuel Ugarte, where he faces competition from Chelsea, will make an immediate offer for Thuram.
